Clothing that encourages children's movements on a daily basis

This shop is many things. They are evolving clothes designed with passion, made from comfortable and quality fabrics. They offer maximum comfort on a daily basis for little tornadoes who just want to play and stretch their legs.

At Ticoti Baby, the clothes are all made in Canada. They are adapted for the active daily life of babies and toddlers. The fabrics are carefully selected to offer beautiful vibrant colors and fun patterns, without falling into the overly childish look. Beautiful colours, yes!

Ticoti Baby's values

SUPPORTS CHILDREN'S DEVELOPMENT

The cups are designed to promote the development, motor skills and independence of toddlers.

Whether it's for crawling, walking, potty training or dressing themselves, Ticoti Baby clothes are easy to put on, for both children and parents.

They support children at every stage of learning, without constraint.

THINK OF THE HIGHLY SENSITIVE

The clothes are designed for children with sensory hyper-reactivity.

The main seams are topstitched to minimize irritation and the labels are carefully placed to avoid discomfort.

The fabrics used are breathable, soft, stretchy, and mostly organic or OEKO-TEX certified.

Synthetic fibers like polyester, nylon, and others are avoided as much as possible. The most commonly used synthetic fiber is elastane, which gives the fabric its elasticity. It typically makes up 5% of the fabric, with the remaining proportions being cotton, bamboo rayon, and/or lyocell (TENCEL).

A FAN OF SLOW FASHION

These are clothes that stand the test of time, in a "slow fashion" vision.

Designed to grow with the child, they retain their beauty wash after wash and represent a lasting investment.

Many of the fabrics come from deadstock. These are surplus production materials from larger children's clothing companies based in Canada. This gives a second life to fabrics that might otherwise end up in a warehouse or, worse, in the trash.

AWARE OF YOUR KIDS' DIGITAL FOOTPRINT

A brand that is aware of the digital world.

Ticoti Baby chooses not to expose children's faces or embarrassing content in order to preserve their privacy and protect their current and future digital footprint.

With technology and artificial intelligence, children are vulnerable to a range of factors that can have significant impacts on their mental health and social relationships.

PROMOTES THE CANADIAN ECONOMY

Ticoti Baby favours Quebec or Canadian companies and suppliers, whether for the purchase of fabrics, sewing supplies or even packaging products.

Even though the raw materials are not from Canadian crops (bamboo doesn't grow in Canada!), we buy them from local suppliers and companies.

Made by a mom

Hello, it's Pamela!

I am the mother behind Ticoti Baby. I make the company's clothes. Mainly in front of a TV series or a good "playlist".

I have two children: Léo-Paul & Émile. Two boys, two opposite personalities and lots of fuel!

I am hypersensitive. I have bionic ears, a highly developed sense of smell, and a rather keen sense of textures. I am barefoot at home - summer and winter. If you see me, there is a good chance that I have a cotton t-shirt, stretchy jeans and my now trusty Converse.

I like to chat with my community and share my daily life as a mother. I love animals. We have two cats at home and a Labernese named Romeo.

Tested by children

Because they are the best testers

The best thing about having a mom who makes clothes is that she can test them with her children.

Each pattern was worn by Léo or Émile. This allows me to ensure that the garment is safe and that its size is as defined as possible.

Ticoti Baby's evolving clothes are all made in a small workshop in the town of Drummondville, Quebec, Canada

Fabrics for delicate skin

The fabrics used to make the clothes are all carefully chosen. Organic and/or OEKO-TEX certified, the vast majority of the fabrics used have one of these aspects.

The OEKO-TEX standard 100 certification ensures a quality standard for the use of products for the manufacture of fabrics (dye, ink, etc.) that are safe for humans. The standards are very high.
